My name is Osama, born in 1981 in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I was raised and educated in the UAE, where I completed 12 years of formal schooling from primary education through to high school in the Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Literary Studies, obtained in 2007 from Egypt with a “Good” academic standing. I then pursued advanced studies in Business Administration and Investment Management for a period of five years, and successfully earned a Master’s Degree from institutions in both the UAE and Egypt in 2017.
Furthermore, I advanced to the doctoral level and presented a doctoral dissertation in the field of Business Administration and Foreign Investment, affiliated with a private university in Canada.
My professional career began in 2008 within one of the largest real estate investment companies in the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE. I served as Sales Manager and Assistant General Manager, and was officially registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. I continued in this role from 2005 until 2010.

From 2010 to 2017, I held the position of Administrative Manager and Public Relations Manager for OIN Investment Group, operating across the UAE, Qatar, and Oman. During this period, I was responsible for managing all governmental relations and procedures, overseeing public and private tenders, attending official meetings, registering and approving company-owned products with governmental authorities, including Civil Defense-approved smoke extraction systems for factories and commercial centers. I also supervised work permits and employee residency procedures.
Following that, I moved to Egypt where I served as Executive Manager of Magic Group Companies. During my tenure, I received certificates of appreciation from major international clients, including the American Drilling Company and the Belgian company DEME, in recognition of my contributions to large-scale governmental excavation projects at Abu Qir Port, Alexandria.
In addition, I have delivered professional training lectures to students and corporate teams in the fields of sales and modern sales techniques. I also conducted specialized lectures for international solar energy companies operating in the Benban Solar Park project in Aswan, Egypt.
Later, I relocated to Turkey, where I worked for three years as Head of Real Estate Investment Department at Antalya Development and Investment Company, managing operations in Antalya and Alanya.
Currently, I serve as the Regional Director and General Manager of Pella Global Group, overseeing operations and business development across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Cyprus. In this role, I lead strategic planning, international marketing initiatives, and investment development activities.
